Every order is packed and shipped from our little studio in Bali, Indonesia.
As a small team (currently very small), please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it begins its journey to you.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make changes to the delivery address and cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
Indonesia

- Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners, you'll be able to track its progress using the tracking information provided.

International
- We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local delivery services in your country.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
