Because finding the perfect fit can sometimes take two tries~
As a small brand based in Bali, we currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for different styles. However, we do offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability).
Indonesia
- Size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
- Please try your pieces on carefully. We cannot accept items with makeup marks, perfume scents, stains, or signs that they've already been taken out for a spin.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.
- Sale items, discounted orders, and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, an unboxing video is required for us to assess the issue.

International
If Bali was connected to the rest of the world by a cute little bridge, we'd happily offer international returns.
Unfortunately, international shipping involves customs, duties, taxes, paperwork, more paperwork, and occasionally a headache. Because of this, all international orders are final sale.
- Please double-check your measurements against our size guide before placing your order.
- If you're between sizes or need a second opinion, send us an email before ordering. We'd much rather help you choose the right size than have you end up with something that doesn't work.
- If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We'll review everything and do our best to make it right.
